Mounts and rail for photon rt 6x50

I am looking to buy a Yukon photon rt 6x50 scope that I can use on my sako quad 22lr and my Remington action 204 rifle. The sako has a dip 25 moa rail on it and the 204 has Burris 2 piece picatinny bases. Could someone recommend a good set of mounts for this scope.  I am also thinking of replacing the bases on the 204 for a rail and I was wondering if a zero moa rail would be ok or would I need one with 10 or 20 moa.
