If it's still withing the warranty period, contact Thomas Jacks and they will repair it or replace it free of charge.

If it's outside the warranty period, Thomas Jacks may be able to fix it, or have  it fixed by sending it back to Yukon.  In either case you will have to pay for the repair.  It will probably not be cheap or quick.
