I believe 800 yards is the preferred distance. It was discussed on the hide a few weeks back

Optimally, it needs to be done in the transonic / subsonic range. What distance that is will depend on what bullet, velocity, density altitude etc that you are using/shooting in.

It's easier to go by manufactures stated bc.

Bryan litz has checked most of them.i guess all the quickload type programmes have all the correct bc's.

On my shooter app it has stated bc's and litz bc's.

Will you physically see the difference.very unlikely you will see a 0.020 variance.
