Sierra 224 80gr Match King - old (BC .420) vs new (BC .461)

When looking for a 224 bullet I noticed the current 80gr SMK has an advertised BC of 0.461, while it was listed as 0.420 a while back.  Does anyone have any experience of the new vs old bullet?

Is it a different design or have the bullets BC been reevaluated? I read that Brian Litz measured the BC of the "old" one as .433.

TIA,

Michal

I believe the basic design remains unchanged - the change in BC is a combination of the fact they are now pointed from the factory and as such have been retested and a new BC calculated as there is slightly reduced drag.
The ABM ballistics app lists the old un-pointed model with a G7 BC of 0.221 as opposed to 0.235 for the newer pointed version.
