bobthenailer
Evening everyone, I’m hoping that somebody could give me a basic valuation of a knife, it is a Puma White Hunter that I was given many years ago by a stalking client (American) and as it was in my opinion no good for gralloching it was put away in a box under the bench in the garage.I do recall that he said that it was worth a bit but it looked to me like a cheap mass made knife that you see for sale in Spanish tat shops... Fast forward 10/15 years and today I re-discovered it in a box while putting up shelves in the garage. A quick google search watch and I find that it was made in the second quarter of 1973, I know that anything is worth as much as anyone is willing to pay. However online prices are listed anything from £200 to £600. I accept that the very top prices are for pristine boxed examples. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Bob. SteveW
https://www.customknife.co.uk/utility-other/ Its worth speaking to Colin at Custom Knife, absolutely great guy to deal with, he would be more than willing to give you his appraisal. He has one on his website as attached link above. HTH
