ERA-TAC Ultra Light 34mm Scope Mount. Mint condition, bought for a scope which I no longer own.

This is a very high quality, German designed/built mount weighing in at 145g

Includes torx keys

I have the Era Tac QD one piece mount and can attest to the quality. Simply an excellent bit of kit!
