Stock Forend Cover

I’ve seen what looks like a plastic sleeve on the underside of the forend on some F Open stocks, the part that slides on the front bags.

Is this something that is readily available to purchase or are they home made? If the former, where would I get one?

I've got benchrest tape on my stocks Brillo. May not be what you're looking for but it sticks on the bottom of the stock where it rides the bags, front and rear. I'm sure I saw some on Brian Fox's counter when I was at Diggle last.

Brillo - Brian Fox sells them - usually called a 'bag rider or accuracy asset'.

They are made of a slippery black plastic with fixings for an Anschutz type rail and cost about £20
