6.5x47L rs62 load data

Hi is rs62 powder suitable using 120gr nosler bullets,in a 20 inch 6.5x47L barrel,

?? Been told that the barrel may be on the short size for the burn rate

[Catch-22]

Personally I'd use a faster burning powder as you've already suspected might be the case.

 

You've got a short barrel but also the bullets are light. RS62 is best optimised for longer barrels and/or heavier bullets.

 

If it were me, I'd look at N140, RS50, VARGET.
