wildrover77
I have a Beretta 1201 with a plastic/polymer stock. It has been painted in Multicam camo pattern - the stock and reciever. Any ideas how to strip it with out damaging the stock? Have spent all morning on the net reading about everything from carb cleaner to Fairy power spray. Want to ake it back to the original finish. banus02
good afternoon, unless the surface is rough you will be better off having it repainted black., was it factory dipped or hand painted? you could try white spirit on a small paint brush to try by letting it soak and then agitating with the brush.nitromorse or similar paint strippers will eat into the synthetic stock.good luck with your task.
