BoltHead Posted May 8, 2017 Report Share Posted May 8, 2017 Unlike other makes of reducers, which consist of two halves of Aluminium or a hard plastic such as Delrin, the Tier One reducers are a single C shaped piece of flexible plastic that snaps around the scope.
