NoEntry
From Harris Bipods. My eight year old Harris BRM bipod recently fell apart. (The weld holding it together gave way)I traced the Manufacturers down as Harris Engineering in Kentucky. After a brief email exchange they sent methe necessary parts to fix it, free of charge!!! and they arrived in a few days.Cant fault that for service.Mike

ejg223
I am pretty sure they had a bad batch once. The Alu they had just didn't weld. My 25C Harris which I bought in 2008 just fell apart at the first shot. Harris replaced it after a few back and forth mails. The replacement is perfect as well as other Harris that I have. edi
JBirchall
I contacted the website Harris bi pods I believe.. That isn't the manufacturer. It's just a reseller. I've received excellent service from Harris too same as the op. My suggestion would be to pick up the phone and speak to them in any case rather than just send an email. Akeld
I've noticed a few US firms don't have or possibly don't advertise direct emails,
