22cf
I have an 8 twist Tikka T3 in 22-250 which I had great sucess with using the 69 grain Sierra TMK's and RL17, its enabled me to shoot bug hole groups at 100yds and vermin out to silly ranges, unfortunately using the RL17 to attain the Uber fast velocities gave me huge variations in velocities when the weather warmed up. I have since started using the 77Sierra TMK with a milder load of IMR4350, this is generating bug hole groups again at 100yds and holds 0.5MOA out to 475yds. Its been a very educational experience trying the tight twist 22-250, it has been both rewarding and frustrating, it has enabled me to take pigeons out to 600yds and proved to me just how explosive the Sierra TMK bullets are on live quarry.
