Remmy 700PSS rebarell for FTR question

Hello guys.

Im new here, but have some expirience in LR shooting. I wanna rebarell my Remmy700PSS (but its bedded in good HS Precision PST025 stock, jevell trigger) in new one 32-inch 11 twist heavy palma contour for F-TR competitions with my favorite 168 hybrids (now, in 26 factory barrel I put them 2850fps, 3.001 oal, 0.050 jump, and its shoot very well, 0.3 moa at 300 meters and 0.5moa group at 800meters). With new barrel, believe, I can put them at 2920 fps, or try 185 juggernauts (lrbt's) at 2850 fps

So I need some help to choose a reamer and recoil lug(0.25 or 0.30? taper or parallel ?) for my new barrel. I know what PTG make a special .308 reamer for FTR (calls "F-Class Target Rifle Team Reamer") with 0.170 freebore and 0.343 neck for non-turned brass. Is it good freebore for both 168 and 185 bullets ? May be some recomedations about freebore, recoil lug thickness and muzzle crown? Will I have any problems with Remington 700 group and "hevy palma" `32 barrel ?

I'm from Russia, we have one gunsmith in Moscow with one .308 SAAMI reamer so I need to choose and order reamers and recoil lug.
