Big Al Posted August 4, 2015 Report Share Posted August 4, 2015 You dont need to have the rifle destroyed, ask your RFD to store it for you while you try to sell it. Alternatively he will buy it, ,maybe not at your asking price but just because you surrender your license it doesn't mean you cannot still own a rifle, you just can't possess or use it.
