meles meles Posted March 22, 2015 Report Share Posted March 22, 2015 We'd recommend a goodly supply of small 'luxuries' like toothpaste and toilet paper. They may not see important, but having the real thing rather than having to make do with baking soda and pages torn from the telephone directory can be a huge morale booster. Batteries are almost an essential, along with a supply of painkillers. Something like toothache can quickly become almost unbearable without an aspiriin or two. terryh Posted March 22, 2015 Report Share Posted March 22, 2015 Agree with this concept.In addition to being able to 'feel' clean extending the idea into your food stuffs aldo oays off.Many years ago was on a job in Cuba and the 'luxury' was Branston pickle with omelettes on a Sunday with packet soup as a starter.
