shooting organizations

Do you think that the shooting organizations in the UK do enought for the not so run of the mill shooting man.What I mean is that if you have a large calibre rifle for big game hunting. You can only use solid bullets and not expanding in the UK for target shooting.Which I find crazy as you need to practise and sight in with the ammo you will be using on your hunting trip.

 

I myself would like to use my longbarrel pistol for vermin shooting. It is safe and humane to use for vermin but one of the top shooting organization was not willing to back me up for this use( even though it is a section one). I personal think that we should have an organization that should support all shooting intrests not just the man with side by side shotgun or where they can make money out of training course.
