The rifle is so beautifully built and is already showing huge promise.

Thanks to Neil at McKillop rifles for building such a superb rifle and also to Joe West Stocks that thumb up stock is awesome and last but not least to Hydrographics for clear coating the stock.

Cheers

Dave

Cheers guys. It's built for short range F class and practice.

4000 rnds of barrel life means I can play lots with it.

Unlike my 7mms which your afraid of putting too many rounds through them.

Vince I will have another go at bench rest but sadly it won't be this side of Xmas.

The gun did fine yesterday in tricky conditions it held a good 1/3 MOA elevation at 600 yards. It's just the nut behind the butt which couldn't steer it near the middle! You forget how forgiving the 7mm's are on the wind, the challenge of the 6BR is great fun.

Cheers

Just plain lazy lol

No Short Siberia seems to be permanently booked out by the police!

So they have made a 100 yard range on Century

The NRA have been using a JCB. To clean out the ditches and the range is covered in mud so the benches seemed the better option.

Dave, I only taught it to like my Vs instead of your 5s.

Good like with it!

I see, that's one to put in the memory banks I think :-)

Just remember what comes around goes around lol

Joking aside you did shoot well with it, all we need now is to get you to do the same with your .308!

See you soon

As you're in South Wales, why not bring it down to Severnside range at Magor on Saturday and let a few more drool over it :D

What's on?

I live in Swansea, is that the range next door to the military one at Rogiet moor?

Cheers

Hi Dave, Nice looking rig. Similar sort of rifle as my 6.5x47 Stolle Neil built me. He does know how to make a fine rifle. If he wasn't a tight scotsman he could put some pics of the rifles he builds on his web site :D . Look forward to seeing what it shoots like. Drop it in the shop when your passing, I'll show mine if you show me yours  .

That's the one. Nothing special on but it's a guest day so only £15 range fee. Limited to 100 and 200 yards though.

Thanks very much for the offer.

Since it's short range I think I'll just pop up to the local club.

I would be interested in any 500 or 600 yard shoots.

Cheers

Dave
