As a project,fine-though given 219 Zipper brass,the option of Ackley Improved fireformed version has practical advantages compared to shortening etc the case (or starting with eg 30/30 brass) But the D wasp became more or less the standard BR version,with some success in it's day... It might be a fine round for BR matches where an excuse was needed for being beaten by (222,originally) or 6PPC(like everything else!) :-) More seriously,it would be interesting to see what it's modern performance might be...good luck and joy....
