Just come back from the range having put a few rounds through this beastie, one of four built last week.

Its a DPMS upper reciever fitted with a border 1 in 8" barrel at 20" long. Machined out and fitted with a side charging conversion. Forend is a Midwest industries rifle length quad rail.

Lower reciever is a double star, fitted with a magpul UBR stock, and MIAD grip.

Moderator is an ASE Borelock. Very nice bit of kit, and very quiet. It has a brake inside it, which is very efficient in use.

I took the upper apart and boresighted it. Fired a couple of rounds to get it somewhere near and cleaned it.

This group was shots 3 to 8 from a brand new bore. Quite impressive with a 16 power scope, a 4.5lb trigger, and quite windy conditions.

This was my standard AR load of a 77 grain matchking, over 24.5 grains of vhit 140, with a br4 primer in remington brass.

I expect the group to shrink further once the gun is run in.

Hope you like it Gary. ;)
