I take your point but i would like to think that Plod would vet their consultants in some detail,or do they take any naer do well?;) .

Nick.

Some forces are starting to 'clock' them; and have seen past the 'sizzle' enough to ask questions about the 'steak' - ie would these people withstand technical audit in court. Until they all have: Assume nothing! :)

Another 'Walt',

Seen at the Phoenix at Bisley last weekend. Serving Para Colour Sergeant Jan Berry walks past stall holder, both wearing Airborne sweatshirts. Stall holder asks Jan 'are you ex paras?', 'no, I'm still serving'. Five minutes later Jan returns, no sign of sweatshirt or any other link with the military on that stand. A minor case of 'Waltdom' in an attempt to appear 'hard' or 'cool' while attempting to sell tactical .22's and look-a-likes to the shooting public. Pathetic really,

Alan
