charly hunter Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 As someone has put a post about load data for the .17 I have thought of getting one for a long while now, (I don't want to know about the rimfires) can anyone tell me there experiences with one, ie. how the hold up in the wind, how flat to how far, how loud etc.? Guest pete01 Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 All I can say is I just love my 17 Rem. Wish I had brought one years ago. It have exceeded all of my expectations by miles. I have a T8 on mine so its very quite, very accurate if I do my bit and an absolute joy to shoot. I'm just starting to get to gripes with the wind drift situation now that we have started to get some stiffer wind conditions. But its not that bad TBH.
