JR__
Welcome, Tikka 223.... "Chocolate digestives"??? That sounds like somethin used in the States known as Ex-Lax.... 2 tabs of those and a cup of coffee and the rest of your mornin is shot. 308Panther Ha, yeah I was a little bit skeptical of 'digestives' when first offered, which was along with the cup of hot tea with milk on a warm summer's day in Lanarkshire. They're kind of like a cookie, a sweet baked flat biscuit. A good digestive will hold together when dunked in a cup of tea. I prefer hob nobs! Here in the UK, when someone comes thru your door, after the pleasantries, you offer them a cup of tea, or possibly coffee. Then biscuit or cakes. Which can come in the form of digestives, hob nobs, bourbons, jammy dodgers, jaffa cakes, and the custard cremes. mmm..If you do not go thru this ritual, you will be considered a degenerate. By the way, hello Tikka, welcome to the UKV site eh! You never know where the conversation is going to go... JR
