Just be sure the wings are not broben or they will just come off before the breast pulls through. It works best before the birds cool down fully. Great way, can some times get a bit damaged to the breast, but otherwise perfectly fine. Otherway is just simply slice the skin peel and pull that off on the breast then breast out.
