  2. Attended my very first PRS U.K. 🇬🇧 Match this last weekend, run at Pro Shoot Firearms and Shooting Club is South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. The cold wintery conditions and at times strong switching wind blowing between 11 - 1 o’clock over both days made for some challenging shooting conditions. in addition the stages on the Saturday and the Sunday were technically demanding as well time challenging. The match was very well run by the PRS Team, the RO’s were competent and professional. I had a really enjoyable time with the squad I was with (squad 3) it was also great to see the sport growing with so many new shooters taking part as well. If you have ever fancied having a go at this style of shooting then I can’t recommend this sport enough. Couple of pics below of my AI ATX in 6.5 CM along with my pal Paul with his green AI ATX. 7. Can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic days shooting I had last week. 1. CoF was challenging but fun. 2. Stages RO’d safely and professionally. 3. The Health & Safety / Medical - part was well planned and briefed. (As one would expect from an activity planned by service personnel) 4. All shooters conducted themselves without fault and all had good banter thought out. 5. It was fun and very enjoyable. Would definitely commend it to all on here. Nice little vid to:

  11. Now, this is something to look forward to in 2022! "The IPRF is excited to announce the inaugural Precision Rifle World Championships to be held in Europe from 14 to 17 July 2022. This event will see the world’s leading precision rifle athletes from more than 12 countries competing against each other in what will ultimately become the pinnacle of precision rifle competition worldwide. The Championship format will incorporate a team and an individual event with four different divisions – Open, Limited, Factory and Classic. The Open Division is further split into five sub-categories – Men’s Open, Ladies’ Open, Junior Open (18yo and under), Senior Open (55yo and over) and MilLEO Open (Individuals on Active Military or Law Enforcement duty). This brings up to 32 athletes from each country to compete for team and individual championships. Currently, the IPRF is constituted by 12 nations (Australia, Canada, Czech, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Namibia, Norway, South African, Spain, Sweden, United States), who have all committed to establishing a national democratically constituted sports association within each of their countries to continue to develop the sport of precision rifle. Many more countries are expected to join in the months leading up to the Precision Rifle World Championships."
