While rooting around one of my gun cabinets I found a pair of ventilated [ ported] Beretta shotgun chokes, something in the back of my mind tells me that they are banned, can anybody tell me if this is correct or are they still usable/sellable if that's a word. Cheers Red

Thanks for the replies, I had a root around the gun room and unearthed a lonely pot of VarGet which will keep me going for a bit, with the links to the bullets I should be good to go until the shortages eases a bit. Red

Without getting laughed at, can someone tell me when powders and bullet heads will be back in stock, any powder suitable for rem 223 80g bullets etc. Cheers Red

I must admit I love the little buggers, I have 2 that frequent the garden but I think only 1 that lives under the shed as I understand they are quite territorial ( I am not a hedgehog expert) the bigger one has become very tolerant of me and will happily eat the food that we put out with me no more than a yard away ( sitting down having a fag ) the smaller one is more skittish but getting better, a few weeks ago it tried to come into the conservatory which was quite funny. A couple of years ago we had a whole family of them, the young ones would just grub around me. To watch the courtship just makes me smile, the male follows the female in circles grunting while the female takes sod all notice, so not dissimilar to the human race really ( well in my experience) Red

At the moment I have some unopened pots of Vhit N550, this is just too slow for me to use in the rifles I actually have bullets and primers for. I would like to swap on a pot for pot basis for something in the N140 RE15 range. I really would prefer to swap as it will keep us both shooting rather than selling it. I live in Essex and would be willing to travel within reasonable distance to meet up. I'm not one of those people who spend all day on social media so any answers may take a bit of time to reply to. Just to let you all know the stock turned up today, I did have to fill in a form but that took all of 60 seconds electronically, as said the worst part was dealing with UPS talk about a piss up in a brewery but all done now, thanks to all that steered me in the right direction Red

Hi guys I don't post on here much as I don't shoot much anymore, and I'm not one of those who talks but doesn't do, but, I just put a small order into the above ( a box of lapua cases ) and I've got to say the service was excellent, communication from point of order to delivery was spot on, a great company all round. My Mrs has the above to get rid of as she doesn't use it anymore, to be honest it's not in the best shape externally with a bit of rust on it, so this would be best used as a field gun rather than a target tart, I'm not sure how much it's worth so shall we say £50.00 . We are in Essex and are not willing to dick about with sending through RFD'S etc so face to face deals only RS

First off I don't come on here very often as I only shoot a few times a year now, my life has gone in other directions ( motorsport) any way, a few years ago I had built a new rifle Barnard S action L/H, Bartlien barrel 7.8-8 gain twist 6mm Dasher heavy taper barrel , Kelbly trigger and Dolphin open F class stock all L/H. The rifle action hasn't even been put in the stock yet, the only rounds it's fired were at the proof house. What sort of money do you guys think i should ask for it, if i decide to sell it. Cheers RS
