Looking at what’s on there… you’ll find they are already ported for gas systems and definitely won’t be proofed..
best bet would be speaking to a good smith like Nick at Bradley arms, or Dave from Valkyrie… they’ll sort you exactly what you are after.
Tooling, fixturing, material, programming, sub contracting costs, heat treatment, licensing, liability insurance,
and watch you don’t infringe a patent…
Only one way to make lots of money supplying them UK shooting market…
start with an obscene amount of money and keep spending and spending till you only have lots left….
the market is too small, I’ve been involved in a fair few projects that have gone nowhere…
Guys,
I’ve got a large gun cabinet and safe currently located on the Wirral,
1st one is a large shotgun / rifle safe, custom built to the bs standards in 2001.
It measures. 5ft x 3ft x 20inches deep, it has 2 x 5 lever locks
The second is a real combination safe used for ammo
3ft 6 high x 2ft square
I’m open to offers, buyer to collect.
Nice, I’m fancying an omega as a reward to myself!
just don’t know which one! I’m leaning toward a planet ocean,
have got a few other makes, a Christopher Ward C60, a Ball NECC, and my daily is an oris aquis Titan small seconds!
