I have been fortunate enough to drop on a load of duck shooting this year, and the guy whos land it is doenst tend to cook much, but has made comments about a duck pate... You know that stuff you spread on nice thick bread..... But Ive never made it before..............so, any ideas...................duck is just breasted rest of the carcase discarded........ Now as I don't want to bring the site into disrute I edited my post and i decided to delete the recipe. So no on this occassion no not a lot of fun, but I'm sure you can google can't you?
