sauer Posted October 24, 2009 Report Share Posted October 24, 2009 2 pheasant breast skinned ( 4 fillets or 2 whole breasts) 3 spring onions bag o boil in bag rice stock cube half a green pepper some mushrooms roughly chopped salt pepper paprika tin o Homepride chicken white wine sauce 1. dice up the pheasnr breast and throw into a wok with some oil to brown 2. add yer chopped mushrooms and spring onions for a few minutes & yer seasoning 3. throw in yer tin o homepride white wine sauce after everything browned off then simmer for 15 minutes ( thats why need wok or deep sided pan) 4. rite this bit needs doing at same time roughly as you start step 1. 5. take yer boil in bag and place into a pint o boiling water with a stock cube in it ( veg or chicken) doesnt matter just help flavour the rice. simmer for 15 minutes too last 5 minutes or so chuck in the diced green peppers so they still have bit o crunch pheasant white wine supreme bloody superb.!!! sauer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
