If not then I would be buying some Tier One dove tail mounts for tikka. It will remove the added unnecessary height of the picatinny rail and save weight. Ormondprop Posted September 7, 2017 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2017 I ended up getting a set of schultz and larsen weaver rings that are 4mm high so scope should sit well, i wanted to keep the rail as theres not much elevation in the z6 so i'm hoping with the rail i can zero at 200 which will be roughly 1" high at 100 and then set the other markers on the bt turret for 300, 400 and 450 or 500 so will be handy for some summer medium range targets and varmints, also bought a set of the swaro magnetic caps so that should be the end of the fun money fund being spent (on this rifle anyway) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unfortunately, availability seems very limited in the UK.
