Dunc
GUN NOW SOLD MORE ON THE WAY Do they only ever come with one magazine in the UK, unlike as other's have said two and one when you 'register' the rifle in other countries? ie 3 mags in total with each rifle. Dunc
Question already answered above. As per usual the dollar customers have more purchase power than we do. Suppose it makes a change getting shafted from a firm that's NOT American. Almost a pleasant change. Almost. ... This rifle came with one magazine as indeed stated above. My question was in general as the one I've already ordered from elsewhere in the UK was to come with 2 magazines and a further one when I would register the purchase. Dunc
I've just phoned GMK and the above is correct. Only one mag per rifle in the UK, "unlike the US". The relatively good news is that they are 'only' about £100 (RRP £110) 'Relatively', as my TRG mags are around £200 and struggle to hold the 10th round..... So the rifle is effectively £200 more in the UK than I thought it was and was told it was..... Thanks OP for 'highlighting' this. Better the shock now than when it arrives! Dunc
If that's what you've been told then surely the seller will have to honour that promise & supply two extra mags? Fair point but I won't hold him to it as it was a genuine mistake and indeed, consistent with all the (mainly) US reviews. And more importantly my RFD is a mate who gives me good deals
phaedra1106uk
It's the same mag as the TRG22, and my T3x CTR isn't it?. The newer mags appear to have had the spring slightly eased so the 10th round is easier to load. It's not that hard as it is, at least the mag doesn't swell and stick like the awful MDT 10 round polymer mags!.
