SALES DESK ADVISOR

SHOOTING SPORTS DIVISION

(HEAD OFFICE BASED IN MACCLESFIELD)

Full time position, Monday to Friday

Office hours are 9.00am 5.00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch break (un--]paid)

Reporting to the Sales Desk Manager Shooting Sports Division

 

Role Outline

 

Responsibilities will include taking in--]bound calls and dealing with general sales enquiries, sales order processing and associated administrative duties.

Resolving customer queries, communicating sales promotions and relevant company and product information.

You will work together within the Shooting Sports and operational team to maximise communication, customer relationships and sales opportunities, whilst

promoting Edgar Brothers business values in the spirit of service excellence.

 

Role Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, have a confident and professional telephone manner and be self--]motivated.

Knowledge of shooting sports would be very advantageous.

 

Other

 

• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques

• Be able to manage a broad product portfolio

• Be able to work in a team environment

• Ability to work under pressure

• High level of attention to detail

• Hands on shooting experience

• Be prepared for limited travel which may require overnight stays

• IT literate with Microsoft packages

Salary negotiable depending on experience
