KMW pod loc - worth having?

I have a number of Harris swivel bipods. What is the collective wisdom on the Pod lock handle? Worth the £35 or just a gimmick!

They do 3 different thread sizes. It's the 10-32 that fits the harris.

Well the UK & Australian military seem to think so!

 

Yes there are some knock off versions kicking round, might be as good but I'm not one for patronising copies, but its a personnal thing.

 

I have used a Pod-Loc (believe this is the KMW trade name used by others?) and they work very well certainly much more effective that the OEM knurled nut.

they make the harris full stop.some are better than others ,the best one i got was from best fittings for £15.00 .locked up tighter than others.

The best fittings one looks worth a punt without the hassle of importing from the US. Thanks to all who replied

Someone on this forum sold a similar product a few years back. I had one and it worked fine, then I somehow managed to lose that bipod.

 

They were obviously copies but were at a very reasonable price, Wish I could get another
