Dodder Posted May 12, 2017 Report Share Posted May 12, 2017 Gents, Its not often I do this but I just wanted to give full credit where it is due as really good customer service is rather hard to come by these days. I called them this morning and spoke to Mark (apparently he's the good looking one!) about some spares for a set of Tier One Tactical Mounts that I had bought s/h and he couldn't have been more helpful. Have to say that I was already really impressed with the quality of their products but it is nice to know their back-up service is equally as good. There was no complaint from me about the rail itself. It is excellent but they put themselves out without prompt or request. The fixings arrived the next day!
