baldie Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 Set about sorting these out last week. Slipped a 595 action into the mill and opened it up to accept an AICS magazine. I have stocks of floor plates in now for this action. The mag will not sit high enough without this machining work. It means a re proof, so its best done in conjunction with a re barrel etc. The video [ if it works], shows the action dummied up with the floor plate and a 10 shot magazine. I only had a few 6mmBr rounds handy, but it shows it feeding flawlessly. Ok, there is no barrel on the action, but it works, trust me. Following CDI precision's instructions to the letter, my tikka feeds butter smooth from AICS in my Manners GAT stock - zero feeding and extraction problems.
