It's almost impossible to get any Eliseo / Competition Machine stock into the UK thanks to a small US manufacturer's problems in coping with the American governments's ITAR regulations. Moreover, Gary can sell everything he makes in the USA without any trouble, so why should he get into the expense and hassle of trying to sell outside of it?

This is the problem with many similar small companies in the USA, another example being LRA Bipods.
