Savage Steve
Out foxing last night with a new caller. Tried the mouse/vole squeak and very quickly had eye shine. Too bright though, looked through the ND30 laser on the rifle and it was a ruddy big black cat. A few minutes later it was munching on the gralloch I'd left out. So we know the caller works.......But wrong prey. S.S.
Grum87
I've found I'm quite good at calling my pal's cats when I'm out lamping on their land..... Would of thought they would have figured it out by now, but sadly not.....

Scares the bejeeeeeeesus out of you when all of a sudden there's something(takes a second or two to realise wtf is going on) large a foot or two from your face that's bombed in out of no where. Owl was probably thinking 'f**ck f**ck f**ck not what I thought, abort abort abort'
Savage Steve
Hi Rob, It's an Icotec GC 500, I did have a Foxpro spitfire but wasn't impressed ,the Icotec seems much better and I've only been out the once. I know we've got no coyotes here, but there's a Coyote howl on there that makes the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. S.S.

I've the 350 version and can't fault the thing showed it to a keeper mate the other week and the buggers blagged it to borrow he was that impressed "told the tight sod to get his hand in his pocket an buy one as I want it back lol" I've tested it to 300m and all good "unlike the previous caller buy western rivers I think it was called" Think the 500 has the light up screen doesn't it ? But think that's the only major difference that's to talk about

But think that's the only major difference that's to talk about Hi Bud, The 350 is pretty much the same ,with the 500 you can hold more calls, and yes the screen on the hand held lights up, you can also run a remote unit of it controlled by the hand set, I've got one of those rotating tail things.
