I'm looking to buy TR67 torch from ludicrous-lumens to mount it on my gun and use it for foxing at 100-150 yrds and I wonder what's the main difference between normal T67 and TR67? I read many reviews of people saying that T67 is to big and heavy to be mounted on a rifle. Do you think any other T model would be better for shooting foxes at absolute maximum 200 yards if T67 is too big and clumsy? Any first hand experience would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Zego

The TR series is a much slimmer animal (25mm tube) then the original T67 that had a 30mm main tube and a bulker head design,It also allows you to either run a single 18650 cell or with the included extension tube run 2x 18650 , obiously with a single cell fitted its going to be a lot smaller unit!

The TR series also allows you to mix & match LEDs throw-out the range so you can purchase additional heads for the original unit in 38mm/50mm/67mm/75mm

Anyway I hope this helps

Hello Andy, yes your post helped a lot!

It looks like with this TR67 you get almost everything in one torch, so I will certainly buy it in the future. A few more questions, in the Bundle deal if I choose the plastic mount do I receive the one like in the link below, and also if the TR pressure switch is already included in the deal or do I have to buy it separately?

Many thanks

Oh als also, if the TR series is much slimmer than the older T67, does this affect the performance of the TR series? Worse, the same or better?

Performance is better generally with the TR series as they uses next gen leds compared to most T67s

Yes that's correct ref the mount & the tails switch isn't included but they are available in the TR section (A single cell TR67 is far from the bulky beast the original T67 was)

Andy I would send you a PM but I can't, probably because I don't have enough posts yet. Can you please show me the picture of the plastic scope mount which is included in the Bundle deal on your website?

Thank you
