Milk jug/bottle challenge

A mate of mine and I fancy having a got at this having seen it on the tinterweb

Does anyone know where it's possible to have a go ? I realise some ranges may not allow it so all suggestions greatly appreciated

We did a 1000 yard water-bottle shoot at Diggle using one-litre plastic water bottles but it wasn't very spectacular. I thought the bottles would have exploded when hit but the bullet just made a little hole and the water dribbled out.

Light, fast, rapidly expanding bullets make for exploding milk bottles.....

 

Target bullets with heavier jackets and not designed to expand make for un-exciting results....

The trick to spectacular is to get a cap with a valve like the Big Blast Target Inflator, only put a bit of water or chalk dust in and put a bit of pressure in them.

Or use ALDI'S own brand lemonade (19p per litre) having given it a good shake!

Ask Quickfit for some old valves that they rip out when fitting a new tyre, poke hole in cap push thru,pump.

drop a couple alcazars in the bottle before screwing on the lid. couple drops of food colouring shows up better too
