outandabout
I'm happy with 36g BB's in my gun's 75mm chamber. But out of interest, what's your preference on shot sizes and/or load for fox drives?
Guest Stacka
I too use 36g 3's Bit harder to cycle through a semi for some reason, but on three shot it's a blinder

Guest Stacka
Lol well yes my 50gr Balstic tips from a .22-250 does the job But we still need to drive through the pens before we seal them up. And the 12guage is the best
BuckhurstBen
Nothing rattles foxes better than RC50's in 00, and they do literally rattle when you pick them up.

Alycidon
Hate shooting foxes with a 12 bore. Only do it close up and that tends to be when doing something else so its whatever is in the gun. Usually 30gr of 5s at sub 20 yards. 20 cal centerfires upwards are so much more humane. MAB1954
At sub 20 yards a normal game load is adequate, for longer ranges I load 36 gram to 46 gram 12 gauge with minimum lead shot size of BB. Don't have any size 1 or 3 lead shot but if I did I would try that, it use to work on geese, so would stop a Fox.
