Seat or cushion

Im after a decent seat or cushion to sit on while waiting for Charlie to turn up. I've tried inflatable ones, foam filled ones, polystyrene filled ones etc but after 20 mins or so of my great ass on them I may as well be sat on a few sheets of bog role!

Has anyone found a good waterproof, comfortable cushion? Looking on'th tinter web there's plenty in the States but not much at all over here.

I'd look in a fishing tackle shop as they do some great chairs and loungers.

Glasgow Angling Centre do a £29 TF Gear carp seat - folds up flat, adjustable clicky legs for height, attach your strap and easy to carry, or check out a Go Outdoors in their camping section. I did notice that Lidl had a nice fold up "bench and 4 x collapsible chairs for £29 this week. Not what you want but . . .

I use the Nash H-gun seat. folds up and has adjustable legs.

Thanks chaps, I didn't really mean a chair as such more of a cushion just to plonk on the ground to sit on, I'd soon be asleep if I got to comfortable!!

These are good if you can find anyone ordering from Cabelas.I brought a few last year.Very good for just leaning up to a tree and very light

I use a "self inflating" unhooking mat....rolls up neatly and made of a foam which provides a good insulating base for cold and wet weathers!

I made one from a old dog basket thing.rolled up and put into another tight fitting bag then inside the legs off an old pair of deer hunter trousers with a rope carry strap.its lightweight . nice to sit on and a good rear rest for long shots

I can verify these will stand up to 21st sat on them repeatedly, plus they roll up nice and small.

I use a garden kneeling pad off of the bay for a fiver i think...i covered it in green sniper tape to make it tactical looking and it slips very nicely into the bottom pocket on the out side of my aim drag bag...handy for a wet high seat / wet grass etc and weighs nothing....Hugh.
