Is your long range varminter, including scope and moderator?

Rifle, scope, mod and bipod mines 17lbs!! Needless to say it's not a walking gun, it's just plonked on the truck roof and that's where it stays!

You know... That's a great question. I need to weigh mine!

Mines defiantly not designed to be a carry rifle, but than I guess a Long Range Varminter or Target rifle doesn't need to be! :-)

I hate you,,,62 year old now,,, was fit 16 to 40 ish then ,,well slow decline,,,,future drain on NHS I guess,,,,doh!!!",,,O

It could be worse O, I'm only in my 40's and have a crumbling back, I'm already a drain on the NHS! :(

Although I don't think my Tikka T3 is very heavy, as is a sporter. Good job really.....

Holy shizzle, all I can see is my bald spot......

....lovely rifle mind, I was easily putting one round in a circle the size of a ten pence piece. And great morning outing...

...but it's not much bigger than a coin, either.

There might be DPM -or even PC- skull caps... 0:-)

Wow, I thought my 6.2Kg (13.5 lb) all up, Tikka Super Varmint rig was ridiculously overweight!

I much prefer carrying my Sako 75, 5.3Kg (11.5 lb), and the Anschutz HMR setup is very pleasant at 3.55Kg (7.8lb)

I think the NSRA Lightweight Sport Rifle definition of 4.5Kg max, including everything, is a good target for a carry rifle, especially a smalllbore.
