22cf
Whilst flushing pheasants from the undergrowth yesterday we noticed a fox chasing a pheasant, there are loads of foxes on the land I shoot but I rarely see them out during the day. When we saw it chasing the pheasant we both hit the deck and let the pheasant bring the fox straight to us, when it was within 20yards we jumped up and let it have 4 rounds of 32grams of No 5 Shot. Proved to be very effective.
andybrock
Well done with the fox though looks a scruffy one!
gaz6br
4 rounds for 1 fox at 20 yards lol If you have plenty of foxes on the ground I'd get the rifle out and sort them, foxes are about 24/7 it's just a case of sitting in the right spot at the right time Gaz
Paddy_SP
Well done with the fox though looks a scruffy one! I'd imagine with four shots at close range it would look a bit scruffy... Well done to the OP all the same!
