pwinnall
Hello, I am at the point / need for a rangefinder. I just don't know if to buy some Leica Geovids or get some used ultravids HD binos and a leica rangefinder. I'm thinking the Leica Ultravid HD would last my lifetime but rangefinding binos would at some point break and not have spare parts. What are your thoughts? Thanks Phil
tackb
I use Swarovski 8x32 el's and a leica crf 1600m , for the reason you say plus weight , you have your binos at your eyes a hell of a lot more than a rangefinder.

JB1
What sort of range can you accurately range crow size targets, I'm getting 650 with a Nikon 1200 and I'm thinking of selling my bins and Nikon to fund some range finding bins..
