BIG-RICHIE Posted August 8, 2014 Report Share Posted August 8, 2014 The 2014 ADC 101RC-email.pdf Dear Members, The 101 Rifle Club is proud to announce it will be holding its premier short range F-Class competition on Sunday 16th November 2014 at Altcar Ranges near Hightown. The competition will be run over one day and the course of fire on Altcar's C-Range will be:- 2 + 15 rounds at 300 yards 2 + 15 rounds at 500 yards 2 + 15 rounds at 600 yards This competition is open to all (F/TR, F-Open and Factory Sporter) competitors who hold a current Shooter Certification Card. Rifle and ammo muzzle energy limits have been increased to a maximum of 7000 Joules. All competitors using rifle and ammo above 4500 Joules MUST do a HME test on I-Range the morning of the competition. The All Distance Challenge will be open to a maximum of 70 competitors and the cost of entry this year will be:- (Basic Entry - £35 / Entry + HME Test £40) We will be awarding stage medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd at each distance and in each class. There will also be glass awards for overall grand aggregate 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions including Trophies for the overall champions. Entry forms will be available for download shortly on the official 101 Rifle Club website. With the bullets your wanting to use and the velocity your achieving in your barrel there will be no need for you to do a HME Test prior to the start of our competition. Cheers - Richie. In my experience it's your main club that issues you your Shooter Certification Card once you have past your probational period. Let me know how you get on. Everything is coming together nicely for this years competition at Altcar and we still have spaces left in all classes F/TR, F-OPEN and Factory Sporter. Come along, give it ago and get involved in F-Class - the fastest growing shooting discipline around the world. Whether your experienced or New to competitive shooting there is no better way to meet like minded people and conclude the sporting or competition calendar. I can promise you a very friendly, relaxed and enjoyable day for all involved and who knows, you might even learn something about yourself and your rifle in the process.
